About the Foundation

Built on the belief that help should arrive on time.

RickOwen.Inc Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing direct financial assistance to individuals, families, and small businesses. We fund the moments that decide a person's next chapter — a tuition balance, a medical bill, a month of rent, a first order of inventory.

We keep our process short, our criteria public, and our decisions fast, because hardship does not wait for paperwork.

Our mission

To remove financial barriers that prevent people from stabilising their lives and pursuing opportunity — through fast, respectful, no-cost grants.

Our vision

A country where a single unexpected expense never derails a family, a student, a veteran, or a small business owner.

Dignity first

Every applicant is treated as a neighbor, not a case number. No lectures, no hoops, no shame.

Radical transparency

We publish our funding ranges, review timelines, and decision criteria so nothing is hidden.

Fair by design

Applications are reviewed by a rotating national panel using consistent, documented standards.

Community-led

Program priorities are shaped by the communities we serve and by past grant recipients.
